Robin Cox

Director of Business Process Operations, USA

Robin Cox is the Director of Business Process Operations for CTO 24/7. After graduation in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University, Robin joined Exell - a national startup partnered with First City Bank's credit card program, as Director of Information Systems.

Exell was later acquired by Comp-U-Card, where Robin served as the Center Director for Comp-U-Card's national AutoVantage program.

In 1989, Robin joined Delta Card Systems as the IT Director and Vice-President of Operations with direct IT & operational responsibility for a credit card program that included over 150 state banks. By 1994, Robin was the Corporate Manager of Software Development at Stewart.

In 2001, Robin left Stewart and joined CTO 24/7 as an independent consultant. Robin rejoined Stewart when Stewart acquired CTO 24/7 in January 2013.

Currently, Robin manages the Project Process Management group that oversees the transition of BPO collaborative processes between the U.S. operation and Lahore operation groups. His current focus is business intelligence and collaboration technologies.
