Stewart and CTO 24/7

Since 2001 CTO 24/7 has worked side-by-side with Stewart Information Services Corporation (SISCO) companies to produce an impressive list of accomplishments in a variety of endeavors including software development, research and analysis projects, document coding and data manipulation, business process outsourcing, and various support services. In 2013 CTO 24/7 became a wholly owned subsidiary of SISCO.

Our History

1997: Early years.

Building the ideology.

2001: Michael Parkan founded IT24.

Michael Parkan founded IT24 of Houston. It was actually a consortium of independent software development companies around the world that partnered together on certain aspects like marketing and sharing resources in order to compete with the bigger companies.

2003: Beyond Software Development.

IT24 of Houston went beyond software development to include document management, data entry, and call center operations through a series of acquisitions and partnerships. Over the next several years we were operating in India, Philippines, Pakistan, South Africa, Mexico, and a little bit in China and Vietnam.

2004: IT24 of Houston became CTO 24/7.

IT24 of Houston became CTO 24/7 and continued to work in most of the lines of business it was previously doing.

2007: CTO 24/7 Starts Operations in Pakistan.

To optimize the way CTO 24/7 wanted to work, it decided to consolidate the majority of its operation in Pakistan and CTO 24/7 Private Limited was formed.

2012: CTO 24/7 as part of Stewart.

On December 31, 2012 CTO 24/7 officially became a part of Stewart.

2013: CTO 24/7 consolidates offices.

CTO 24/7 consolidated both its offices in Lahore to a single building to provide an improved corporate environment to its associates.
